110% subscription backing policy: Futures Press Inc. offers a 110% subscription backing on premium paid subscription services to PitGuru.com. This offer may only be available for a limited time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes to this policy prior to billing for any month in which the policy will be altered. The money back guarantee policy provides for a 110% refund of the individual subscriber’s 1 month subscription cost of the premium subscription service provided that the subscriber participates in every executable trade recommendation offered by all Pitgurus for that specific 1 month time period.
If the trades executed for that month are exited or expired for a combined net loss prior to commissions and fees, and all trades are executed as per the Pitgurus instructions, then a refund will be issued in the form of a full refund of the subscription cost for that month plus an additional 10% of that month's subscription cost. Futures Press, Inc. will review the submitted refund request, render a refund decision and reply in writing within 30 days to the address submitted in the refund request.

PitGuru Premium Subscription Cancellation Policy: The PitGuru Premium Subscription is for a period of 1 year, which automatically renews at the end of the year if not cancelled at least 2 business days prior to the autorenewing subscription date which is the same day, month and time of your initial subscription. Cancellation requests can be made via telephone by calling Futures Press customer service at 800-963-1561 or 386-597-1004 between 9am and 4pm ET M-F (excluding holidays), by mail to the address above, or by email at support@futurespress.com (emails must be confirmed by customer service to be valid). The subscriber must provide subscriber email address, phone number, and specifc cancellation instructions when requesting cancellation. If cancellation occurs prior to the annual anniversary of the subscription a cancellation fee of $298 will be charged. The subscriber agrees to this cancellation penalty when he/she initials the subscriber pledge requirements and acknowledgements during signup.
