First, let’s get the disclaimer out of the way:
Disclaimer: There is risk of loss in all commodities trading. Losses can exceed
your account size and/or margin requirements. Commodities trading can be extremely
risky and is not for everyone. Some option strategies have unlimited risk. Educate
yourself on the risks and rewards of such investing prior to trading. The use of
stop loss or contingent orders may not protect profits, and may not limit losses
to the amount intended. Certain market conditions make it difficult or impossible
to execute such orders. Futures

When do the Gurus post new audio commentary?
Audio commentary is called in by the Gurus 2-3 times a week
When is PitGuru.com’s Weekly Pit Review posted?
The Weekly Pit Review is posted midday every Monday.
How many trade alerts can I expect to receive per month?
20+ trade alerts per month spread out over 5 market sectors (grains,
financials, softs, metals, and energies) plus trade updates and exits.
How do I receive the trades? Can I forward them to my broker
for execution?
The trade recommendations, updates, and exits
are sent by both email and SMS text messages to your cell phone if you sign up to
receive them that way. You may turn off the SMS text message feature and receive
just the emailed alerts by simply notifying Futures Press by email (support@futurespress.com)
or phone (toll free: 800-963-1561, or international: 386-597-1004). As a subscriber
you are bound by the copyright provided in the terms and conditions when you sign
up. This means no one can redistribute this service for any reason. Your broker
is more than welcome to subscribe to the service to allow them to execute the trades,
or you can gift your subscription to them. Alternatively, we are happy to match
you to a broker that not only has a subscription to PitGuru Premium but is also
familiar with the service.
Is there a time difference
in receiving emails as compared to SMS text messages? What if I am having trouble
receiving emails or SMS text messages? Both email and text
messages use technology that is not 100% reliable, which is why we offer both to
increase the likelihood of timely transmission of the trade alerts and updates.
In general, text messaging will get delivered faster than email, but this depends
on the connections of either option. Please check your email’s spam blocker as well
as your reception if you’re having trouble receiving either. Some email providers
(Yahoo!, for example) allow you to tell the system that an email “is not spam”.
If this is not the case, you can go in to your spam blocker’s white list and add
info@pitguru.com,
support@futurespress.com, and sales@futurespress.com
to help ensure timely receipt of the email trade alerts. For SMS text messages,
please ensure that you are in an area with good reception. Also, some phones/cellular
providers do not allow transmission of text messages while you’re on a call. Please
see your cellular provider for specific details regarding SMS text messages. If
the above answer doesn’t fix your issue, please email
support@futurespress.com and we will try to rectify it for you as soon as
possible.
Does receiving the SMS alerts cost anything?
What if I don’t want to receive alerts via SMS? The PitGuru
Premium Trade Service does not charge you for opting to receive SMS messages; however,
your cellular provider may. Please check with them regarding any extra charges for
receiving SMS text messages. If you are currently receiving the alerts via SMS and
email would like to receive them by email only, let us know by sending an email
to support@futurespress.com and we
will change that for you as soon as possible. If you are signing up for the Premium
Trade Recommendation service and would prefer to receive the trade recommendations
by email only, please leave the field asking for your cellular number blank.
Where do I go with questions about trade alerts? How are
the trade alerts structured? If you have any questions regarding
trade instructions issued by one of our Gurus, please consult your broker. If it
is not a time-sensitive question you can email the specific guru:
Frank LaMantia, Financials Guru: financials@pitguru.com
Daniel Cronin, Energies Guru: energies@pitguru.com
Jurgens H. Bauer, Softs Guru: softs@pitguru.com
Daniel Cronin, Metals Guru: metals@pitguru.com
Matthew Pierce, Grains Guru: grains@pitguru.com
As for the structure of the trade alerts: every new trade alert is sent in a “Recommendation”
email. “Update” emails are then sent whenever a recommendation is considered to
have been executable or if there are any important things to mention regarding the
recommendation itself (adjustments, changes to exit or trade strategy, etc). Finally,
the “Exit” email will be sent when the Guru recommends a full or partial trade exit.
The only time this will not apply is for ‘set it and forget it’ trades that include
the exit strategy in the recommendation email.
The SMS are shorthand versions of these trade recs, and although the samples are
not all-encompassing they do give you a feel of what to expect from the Premium
Trade Recommendation service. The emails may go into greater detail as to the logic
behind the trade recommendation and the strategy that goes along with that logic
so we urge you to always check the email recommendation.
Can I receive the trade alerts at more than one email address?
No. Our system only allows for one email address per paid
subscription. If you would like you can purchase a second subscription in order
to use another email address with the service, but the same refund/subscription-back policies apply.
Can I buy a cheaper subscription that
only signs me up for certain PitGurus? Currently, no. This
is an option we will be exploring in the future, but as of now we are not currently
offering subscriptions to follow specific gurus only.
How does the 110% subscription backing work? Please reference
our policies page located at http://www.pitguru.com/policies.aspx
for the specific requirements that qualifies a subscriber for 110% subscription
backing.
Is there a refund when canceling my subscription to PitGuru.com’s Premium Trade Recommendation Service?
Please reference our policies page located at
http://www.pitguru.com/policies.aspx for this information.
